THE THINK • FEEL • ACT MODEL

THINK

Students learn how thoughts shape perspective, confidence, emotions, and choices.

Examples:

  • “I can’t do this” can create fear or defeat.

  • “I can learn step by step” can create confidence and effort.

FEEL

Students learn that feelings are real, but feelings do not have to control their decisions.

They learn how to pause, name emotions, and choose a healthier response.

ACT

Students learn that actions create outcomes. When students choose better thoughts and manage emotions, they are more likely to make better choices.
